Does D Line record calls?
Yes. Base includes 2 GB of rolling call recording storage. Advanced adds automatic call recording with 50 GB of rolling storage.
Does D Line transcribe and summarize calls?
On Advanced, D Line transcribes calls, writes a short summary, and lets your team ask AI questions across past conversations, for about 1,000 minutes a month.
Can an AI receptionist answer my business calls?
Yes. Both plans include an AI agent that answers routine calls, captures caller details, and routes requests: the Base AI agent on Base and the Advanced AI agent on Advanced, each with 2,000 AI minutes per workspace per month.
Does D Line support business texting?
Yes. SMS and MMS from your business number are an add-on at $5/month per 10DLC campaign on either plan, after carrier registration.
Does D Line integrate with my CRM?
The D Line Chrome extension turns phone numbers in any web CRM into click-to-call. Native HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, and Pipedrive integrations are available on request.
Does D Line include video calling?
